We are a premier gluten free bakery in the Santa Cruz / Montery Bay area in California. We develop and sell wholesale, retail, and online some of the best tasting gluten free breads and baked goods on the market!
Our goal is to continually create products that rival their gluten counterparts, by creating delicious baked goods with a mass market appeal.
At Melinda's Gluten Free, we have successfully solved one of the toughest business challenges that gluten free bakers face... the mixed household. Because our products are appealing to people who eat gluten, we are no longer considered a niche bakery!
We are now shipping goods outside of our area through our NEW online store and making our fantastic DIY mixes available anywhere in the United States.
